We’re putting our money where our mouth is. After intensive research and analysis of metrics from existing users, we know if you use our Expert subscription to the fullest, you will pass the ARE. If you don’t, we'll give you an NCARB seat credit for your next exam because we still have faith in you.
Attention! We’re updating our Pass the ARE Guarantee to make it easier and to ensure you have the best chance to pass on the first try. These changes go into effect on Monday March 31, 2025.

Q: What does 'take the whole course' mean?
A: This means you will need to view 100% of Videos, master 100% of Flashcards, attend or view 4 Virtual Workshops, and take each Practice Exam and Quiz.
Q: How many exams will be covered?
A: Claims will be limited to 1 exam every 3 months.

Subscribe to a monthly or annual Expert subscription
Report all pass/fails on your dashboard along with all scheduled exam dates*
Apply for the seat credit within 30 days of the exam date of the failed division
Submit NCARB AREⓇ Score Report for proof of fail within 30-day claim period through this URL.
*Always input your scheduled exam date into your Dashboard. This is the starting point to manage your Guarantee eligibility.

FAQ
Q: I'm a firm member who's company pays for my access through a group account, can I request a seat credit if I fail an exam?
A: The Pass the ARE Guarantee free seat credit is only available to individual subscription holders and does not apply to firm/group members.
Q: How long do I need to hold an Expert subscription for?
A: Individual Expert members must have an active Expert subscription for a minimum of one month.
Q: Can I request a seat credit after my subscription is cancelled?
A: Yes. You can request a seat credit within 30 days of your subscription cancelling and you have 30 days after your exam date to request a seat credit, even if your subscription has canceled.
