How will I know if the videos work on my computer?

All modern desktop web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE or Edge) and mobile devices (iOS or Android) will be able to play the videos on our website. Be sure to update to the latest versions of your browser.

Every course in our ARE 5.0 library has free videos, so you can watch them on your computer to test your internet connection. The videos are hosted on a reliably fast platform (Brightcove), so if you are experiencing any playback issues, be sure to check your internet connection first.

If you still have problems with starting the videos, you may have success by trying a different browser, or viewing our video troubleshooting page.
